Supervisor, Warehouse - Mid Shift

We're looking for a seasoned professional to join our growing team! You are someone who gets equally excited about sending out the perfect order, coaching and mentoring your team, as well as being right in the heart of the day-to- day warehouse action. You spend your time on the Warehouse floor with your finger on the pulse of flow to ensure the right product gets to the right customer at the right time. You are a collaborator that looks forward to working with internal and external partners to ensure positive customer experiences are achieved. You utilize your knowledge and experience to keep our customers’ various needs a top priority.

• Distribution Guru: You are comfortable working with RF Scanners, Microsoft Office, Inventory Systems (Oracle), as well as WMS. You live and breathe all aspects of shipping, receiving, replenishment, and picking while maintaining best in class inventory accuracy. You leverage systems and create new business processes to improve and elevate the workflow. The warehouse team embraces new technology with you as their champion. Your comprehensive understanding of key performance indicators allows you to pivot the business to drive for results, As an expert in all warehousing processes and equipment operation, you will be responsible to effectively train your team, resulting in attaining best in class safety, quality, and key performance metrics. Your passion for continuous improvement helps us to get better every day!
• Attention to Detail: Our customers love Torani and know we will get them the right product in the right place at the right time. You can create, review, and train to specific Torani Operating Procedures to ensure consistency in delivering to forecasted demand plan. You take a proactive approach to identifying errors and implement preventative and corrective measures. Verification processes and first-time quality are your mantras, and you work with our inventory team to deliver world class inventory accuracy. What You’ll Bring:

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in Warehouse environment, including people leadership responsibilities
• Proficient in the Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Experience working with large ERP System (i.e., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of warehouse management systems
• Experience with data analytics
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship (now and in the future)
• Fluent in English for both written and verbal communication
  
  

Physical & Schedule Requirements:

• Monday - Friday, 10:00AM - 7:00PM
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Lives in San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate at own expense
  
  

Salary Range: $98,651 - $109,612
