Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair standard bicycles, scooters, and electric bikes
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on fleet equipment
- Provide roadside assistance in and around Central Park as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked repair station
- Log and track repairs and service updates accurately
- Distribute bikes if needed
- Communicate effectively with rental staff and management to ensure timely service
- Follow all company safety protocols and maintain a professional demeanor with customers
