TopTier Tree & Landscape is a growing tree removal and tree care company serving homeowners and businesses throughout Southwest Florida, including Sarasota, North Port, Venice, and surrounding communities.

We are looking for a driven, confident, and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help us take our sales operation to the next level.

This is more than a traditional sales position. We are looking for someone who wants to build a career, generate new business, develop relationships, and grow with the company. The right person will have the opportunity to play a major role in building our sales department and eventually take on additional leadership and management responsibilities.

The Opportunity

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business through door-to-door prospecting, business-to-business outreach, inbound and outbound lead follow-up, networking, referrals, and relationship building.

You will work closely with our team to identify opportunities, meet with potential customers, provide solutions, generate estimates, follow up with prospects, and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Generate new residential and commercial leads through door-to-door prospecting and B2B sales
• Identify potential customers and create new sales opportunities
• Follow up with inbound leads and previously contacted prospects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, businesses, and other potential customers
• Meet with customers to understand their tree care and landscaping needs
• Present services and solutions in a professional and knowledgeable manner
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals
• Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities through the sales process
• Manage and maintain an organized sales pipeline
• Track leads, appointments, estimates, follow-ups, and closed business
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in company systems
• Develop referral and networking opportunities within the local community
• Work toward and consistently achieve individual sales goals
• Communicate effectively with customers and the production/operations team
• Represent TopTier Tree & Landscape professionally throughout the community
• Help develop and improve sales processes as the department grows
• Take initiative in identifying new ways to generate leads and increase revenue

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Experience with door-to-door, canvassing, B2B, outside sales, or lead generation is a strong plus
• Proven ability to prospect and generate new business
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable approaching homeowners and business owners
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities at different stages of the sales process
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance
• Professional appearance and communication
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently while also being part of a team
• Willingness to learn the tree care and landscaping industry

Industry experience is not required. We can teach the right person our services and processes. Sales ability, work ethic, confidence, and the desire to succeed are what matter most.
