Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and provide evidence-based treatment for pediatric speech and language disorders.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve measurable goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including PTs and OTs.
- Document patient progress in accordance with clinical and facility standards.
- Float to sister campuses as required (travelers are first to float).
- Active Florida SLP License.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – American Heart Association required.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, including 1–2 years with pediatric patients.
- Experience with medical rehab or neuro rehab preferred.
- Comfortable working with children diagnosed with autism, apraxia, speech delays, and other developmental disorders.
- Adherence to 50-mile radius rule.
- All time-off requests (RTO) must be submitted at application.

- Shift: 8-hour days, Monday–Friday

- Floating: Yes, to nearby campuses as needed
- No Block Scheduling
- Onboarding: All required documents due by Monday prior to start date
