Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Aladdin Platform Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience supporting BlackRock Aladdin and front-office investment management workflows. The ideal candidate will provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot critical issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure the stability and performance of the Aladdin platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for BlackRock Aladdin and related front-office applications.
- Troubleshoot issues related to portfolio management, order management, trade execution, trade booking, and post-trade workflows.
- Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with BlackRock, business users, and technology teams to resolve production incidents.
- Write and execute SQL queries for troubleshooting, data validation, and analysis.
- Develop Python scripts to automate operational tasks, monitoring, and support activities.
- Participate in production releases, change management, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with global support teams to maintain platform stability and meet service-level expectations.
- Communicate effectively with portfolio managers, traders, investment operations, and technology stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with BlackRock Aladdin Platform Support.
- Experience supporting front-office investment management applications.
- Strong understanding of asset management and the trade lifecycle.
- Experience with L2/L3 production support and incident management.
- Strong SQL skills and experience analyzing large datasets.

Experience Requirements
