Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven TikTok Specialist to lead content creation and platform management for our apparel design and manufacturing company. This role focuses on growing brand awareness, driving engagement, and increasing sales through TikTok and TikTok Shop for both wholesale retail audiences and our in-house brands.
The ideal candidate understands TikTok culture, trends, and algorithms, and can translate that knowledge into compelling content and measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy aligned with brand goals for both wholesale and direct-to-consumer audiences
- Create engaging, on-trend video content showcasing products, behind-the-scenes processes, styling ideas, and brand storytelling
- Stay ahead of TikTok trends, sounds, and challenges, adapting them to fit brand identity
- Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams to highlight new collections and product launches
Platform Management
- Manage day-to-day operations of TikTok accounts across multiple brands
- Schedule and publish content consistently
- Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement, responding in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights
TikTok Shop Management
- Set up, manage, and optimize TikTok Shop for in-house brands
- Upload and maintain product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory
- Coordinate product tagging in content to drive conversions
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as views, engagement rate, follower growth, and conversion rates
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights
- Conduct A/B testing on content formats and posting strategies
Influencer & Collaboration Management
- Identify and collaborate with TikTok creators and influencers aligned with brand identity
- Manage partnerships, product seeding, and affiliate opportunities through TikTok Shop
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience managing TikTok accounts or short-form video platforms
- Proven track record of creating viral or high-performing TikTok content
- Experience with TikTok Shop or social commerce platforms preferred
- Strong understanding of fashion, apparel, and retail trends
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
