Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding Topsis Consulting’s presence within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will build and manage relationships with Salesforce Account Executives (AEs) to drive referral-based sales, while also engaging directly with prospective clients to uncover needs, design solutions, and close deals. Success in this role requires both strategic relationship management and consultative selling skills. You will collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure solutions align with client requirements, profitability goals, and delivery best practices. Your expertise in Salesforce and Financial Services will be critical to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, strengthen, and maintain strategic relationships within the Salesforce partner ecosystem, with a primary focus on Salesforce AEs as the main referral source of client opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce AEs to understand account strategies, identify joint opportunities, and position Topsis Consulting as the preferred delivery partner.
- Proactively identify, engage, and pursue direct prospects outside of the Salesforce referral channel to diversify and expand new business opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading discovery, solution design, proposal development, and consultative sales discussions.
- Exercise independent judgment in shaping engagement structures, negotiating contract terms, and ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
- Represent Topsis Consulting at Salesforce events, co-selling sessions, and client meetings; travel to client and partner sites as needed (outside sales component).
- Maintain responsibility for achieving revenue growth targets through both channel-driven sales and direct business development activities.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a Salesforce Account Executive, business development, or similar consultative sales role.
- Salesforce certifications preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Background in one of some of the following is required: Wealth Management, Insurance, Mortgage, Commercial Real Estate, FinServ
- Strong work ethic with a proven ability to consistently achieve results.
- Demonstrated consultative selling and analytical skills.
- Articulate communicator, able to simplify complex solutions for client stakeholders.
- Calm under pressure and able to adapt in fast-paced, client-driven environments.
