As a Maintenance Technician you'll be vital in maintaining and repairing our high-performance, custom manufacturing equipment. Required Skills:
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
- Skilled in fabricating fixtures, gauges, and parts to specifications
- Familiarity with 220/480 volt three-phase electrical systems
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for maintenance tasks
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations, EPA standards, and industry best practices
Nice to Have Skills:
- Welding and HVAC experience
- Experience with furnace and industrial property maintenance
- Certification in industrial or electrical maintenance from technical schools or related training
- Experience working in a union environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical school certification in industrial/mechanical or electrical maintenance preferred
- 2 years of relevant work experience in an industrial setting
- Familiarity with three-phase electrical systems and general property maintenance
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to work on day shifts initially, with possible overtime and call-in shifts
- Ability to work in a union setting
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and participate in ongoing training
