Position: Inspector/Packer- Kiln Division
Pay rate: $21.94hr
Shift: All candidates must be able to rotate weekly, between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.

As an integral member of our team, you will unload and process firing fixtures, measure and record small parts, and handle cartons and materials with care and accuracy. Required Skills:
- Ability to unload and process firing fixtures from kiln cars
- Skilled in measuring small parts and performing quality inspections using gauges and tools
- Capable of performing AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) inspections and keeping accurate records
- Experience in handling and packaging products, including weighing, labeling, and stacking cartons
- Comfortable with material handling equipment such as carts, hoists, and skid/pallet mules
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Physically able to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 50 pounds frequently
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with temperature control materials and firing process inspections
- Familiarity with dye penetrant testing
- Prior manufacturing or kiln operation exposure
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, or kiln operations is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work a rotating schedule, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
- Willingness to complete training according to company standards
- Strong safety awareness and initiative in following procedures
