Your Role on the Team
As Event Crew, you'll be a key part of delivering smooth, high-quality experiences for guests. You will:
- Provide warm, attentive table service with a respectful and guest-centered mindset.
- Communicate clearly with both guests and teammates to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain the cleanliness and flow of the event space, from setting up to breaking down.
- Answer questions about menu offerings, the Farm, and the flow of events with enthusiasm and accuracy.
- Work closely with our kitchen, bar, and event coordination team to adapt in real time and deliver memorable moments.
- Support a healthy, safe work environment by following all cleanliness and food safety protocols.
- Take pride in completing your prep and side work to set others up for success.

Schedule Season Details
- Part-time hours begin in April for training and setup.
- Main event season: June – October
- Weekend and evening availability required; some midweek events available.
