Shift Manager Duties:
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members during assigned shifts
- Ensure top-quality food and service standards are consistently met
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment
- Manage daily operations, including opening/closing duties and cash handling
- Support training and development of new team members
- Assist with scheduling and help ensure shifts are properly staffed
- Communicate effectively with management and team members
Shift Manger Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 1-2 years of restaurant experience
