What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Management position at Topre America Corporation?
Duties and Responsibilities (Include any positions reporting directly to this position)
- Interface between Departments and Management; AND between Topre and OEM’s
- Develop / Maintain schedules for new programs/design changes
- 5S / Organization
- Report status of each program to management, AND Topre to OEM’s
- Coordination of trial part stampings shipping to onsites.
- Customer and supplier support
- Submitting orders to suppliers
- Tracking to closure the shipments to OEM’s
- Follow-up as needed on Design Change Implementation punch list items
- Coordinate with involved departments on Punchlist item due dates
- Track and verify closure of Punchlist items
- Follow-up as needed on New Program Punch list items
- Coordinate with involved departments on punch list item due dates
- Track and verify closure of punch list items
- Preparation of ANPQP documents
- Preparation for weekly program meetings
- Preparation for Line Readiness meetings
- Preparation for 3 Month Review meetings
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with business partners
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Required
· 4 year degree or equivalent experience in field
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
· Detail Oriented
· Strong Communication skills
Preferred
· Automotive experience
