Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment to improve efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
- Optimize existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement through process engineering activities.
- Use CAD software and CNC machining to design and fabricate complex parts and components.
- Develop and maintain process schematics and technical drawings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate robotics and automation into manufacturing operations.
- Perform root cause analysis to address production issues and quality concerns.
- Conduct process validation and verification to meet regulatory and internal quality standards.
- Implement process controls and quality assurance measures to ensure reliability and compliance.
- Stay current with industry trends and innovations in process engineering and automation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing process improvement and product design.
- Proficiency in CAD software and hands-on experience with CNC machining.
- Strong knowledge of tooling, robotics, and automation systems.
- Ability to read and develop technical schematics and manufacturing drawings.

Schedule:
- Day shift
- 10-hour shifts
- Monday to Friday
