CDL Shuttle Driver Supervisor

Topre America, a leader in automotive manufacturing, is looking for an experienced CDL Shuttle Driver Supervisor to lead our transportation team and support daily logistics operations.

What You'll Do

• Supervise CDL Shuttle Drivers, Forklift Drivers, and Team Leads across three shifts
• Coordinate daily shipments of finished goods, service parts, and trial parts
• Communicate with customers and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery
• Schedule and coordinate truck and trailer maintenance
• Develop and enforce driver procedures and safety protocols
• Train and support new and current CDL drivers
• Serve as a backup driver when needed
• Respond to urgent logistics and associate issues, including after-hours needs

What We're Looking For

Required:

• CDL Class A License
• 1–2 years of experience managing CDL drivers or leading a logistics team
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

• 3 years of logistics or transportation management experience
• Experience with truck maintenance scheduling
• Knowledge of DOT compliance

Schedule & Location

Full-Time | Smyrna, TN | In-Person
Weekdays, with weekends as needed.
