TOPPS Security is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented student or recent graduate to join our Finance Department as a Bookkeeping / Accounts Receivable Intern. This opportunity provides hands-on experience in accounting, financial record keeping, invoicing, and daily business operations while working alongside experienced professionals.
Job Type: Part-Time (20–25 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with preparing and processing customer invoices.
Track payments and maintain accounts receivable records.
Support bookkeeping and financial data entry.
Assist with bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
Organize financial documents and maintain accurate records.
Provide general administrative support to the Finance Department.
Requirement & Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting principles.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn accounting software and financial processes.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
