Requirements/Responsibilities
Responsibilities: - Assign and direct daily duties for Team Members based on role, skills and shift needs Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction. - Uphold Toppers policies and procedures; provide feedback/coaching to Team Members as needed. - Be knowledgeable of delivery area map/traffic patterns to assist delivery drivers organize their routes. - Solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile. - Provide feedback to Team Members in a positive manner. - Train new Team Members on daily tasks. - Balance cash draw and prepare deposit.   Minimum Qualifications: -Must be legally eligible to work in the United States -Must be 18 years of age -Physically able to perform all essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation -Reliable transportation -Previous quick service restaurant retail or supervisory experience  Preferred Experience Food Manager Certification Benefits Competitive pay package - Up to $16/hr Referral bonuses for stacking up your dough and bringing more friends to the "pizza" pie.
