Requirements/Responsibilities
Responsibilities Assign and direct daily duties for Team Members based on role, skills and shift needs Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction Uphold Toppers policies and procedures; provide feedback/coaching to Team Members as needed Be knowledgeable of delivery area map/traffic patterns to assist delivery drivers organize their routes Solve customer complaints quickly and with a smile Provide feedback to Team Members in a positive manner Train new Team Members on daily tasks Balance cash draw and prepare deposit Minimum Qualifications Must be legally eligible to work in the United States Must be 18 years of age Physically able to perform all essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodation Reliable transportation Previous quick service restaurant retail or supervisory experience Preferred Experience Food Manager Certification This means that You: Live With Integrity - say what you mean, and do what you say, especially when nobody's watching!
