Summary Description: Reporting to the Supervisor, the App Pallet Jacker is responsible for supporting production operations by safely moving raw materials and finished goods to and from production lines within the label application department. This role works closely with machine operators to build, break down, and stage pallets as needed to maintain efficient workflow. The Pallet Jacker also assists operators with lifting and pallet visibility to support safe and accurate material handling. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, dependable, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, productivity, and professionalism in alignment with TOPPAN Packaging Americas’ culture.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to waist level and up to 25 lbs. overhead.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
- Ability to work around labeling equipment that may include flashing lights and/or strobe indicators.
- Ability to reach at shoulder height and overhead, as well as twist, bend, and stoop as needed.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times.
- You are able to read, understand, and follow standard work instructions.
- You are dependable, punctual, and maintain a strong attendance record.
- You have a high school diploma or GED and are interested in opportunities to learn and grow.
- You are flexible and understand that work schedules may change based on business needs in a 24/7 operation.
