The Maintenance Lead is responsible for driving maintenance excellence across all shifts by ensuring equipment reliability, leading safety initiatives, and optimizing maintenance systems and processes. This role plays a critical leadership function in supporting production through proactive maintenance, continuous improvement, and technical expertise.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and ensure compliance with all safety programs (ESWP, PPE, arc flash, HECP/EI, working at heights, R3 process, etc.)
- Ensure safe and reliable operation of all production and facility equipment
- Build and lead a culture of maintenance excellence across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
- Ensure compliance with GMPs and product quality standards
- Identify technical skill gaps and develop training programs for maintenance teams
- Lead root cause analysis to improve equipment reliability
- Evaluate and optimize PM/PdM programs, including PMO initiatives
- Own and improve MRO inventory processes
- Develop technical documentation and project justifications
- Drive asset care strategy and execution
- Lead new equipment startup activities, including FMEA processes
- Optimize and lead lubrication programs
- You have an Associate’s Degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical field
- You have 10 years of manufacturing maintenance experience (or equivalent military technical experience)
- You have proven leadership experience in a maintenance or technical environment
