Job Overview

We are seeking Male highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team. The position is located in wonderlake area. we have second and third shift available .As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our staff, customers, and visitors. This position requires a professional with a strong background in law enforcement, loss prevention, and conflict management.

Responsibilities

- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to ensure compliance with security protocols and detect any potential
- Engage in loss prevention efforts to minimize theft and reduce the risk of property damage.
- Demonstrate a high level of militarized professionalism in all interactions, including those with staff, customers, and law enforcement agencies.
- Manage conflicts in a fair and impartial manner, utilizing conflict management skills to resolve issues peacefully.
- Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure seamless communication and effective response to incidents.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and provide detailed reports to management.
- Perform other security-related duties as required, including participating in training exercises and staying up-to-date on security best practices.

Experience

- A minimum of one year of experience in a security role, preferably in a retail or commercial setting.
- Proven experience in law enforcement or a related field.

- A certificate in a relevant field, such as security or loss prevention, is preferred.
- Strong conflict management and loss prevention skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
