We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing and passionate team in Boston. You will partner with product and design to deliver simple, reliable experiences for our customers. You will own problems end to end from discovery through launch and iteration, set a high bar for code quality, and help mentor others as we scale.

Experience
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 6 years as a software engineer
- Demonstrated experience in designing, building and maintaining complex, scalable web applications
We build with a modern, pragmatic tech stack. While we don't expect you to be an expert in everything, we're looking for significant experience with many of these tools:
- Backend: Python, Django, Django REST Framework, Celery
- Frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, CSS
- Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis
- Infrastructure and DevOps: AWS (Fargate, ECR, S3), CI/CD with Github Actions, and a strong testing culture (Unit and Integration Tests)
- AI and data tools: PydanticAI, OpenAI APIs, agentic AI development
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a talent for untangling complex challenges and communicating solutions clearly to diverse audiences.
- A track record of successful collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ship features from concept to launch.
- The ability to mentor other engineers and elevate the team's technical bar through thoughtful code reviews and design discussions.
