Install Manager – HVAC
Location: Lancaster, PA
Salary: $85,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday with flexibility (including some Saturdays)

What We’re Looking For:

Proven leadership experience managing 40–60 employees

Experience overseeing $15–$25 million in revenue

Industry background in HVAC preferred, but plumbing or electrical also considered

Strong communication, coaching, and team development skills

EPA Certification and valid driver’s license required

Ability to train and oversee full HVAC system installations
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of 16 HVAC installers and helpers

Drive training, performance, and team development

Ensure project timelines, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Manage department KPIs, scheduling, and budgets

Enforce compliance with safety and regulatory codes

Collaborate with leadership on operational improvements
