Responsibilities:

Oversee installation projects, ensuring efficiency and timeliness.

Training, conducting performance appraisals, and analyzing data for department budget preparation.

Set goals and objectives, manage budgets and schedules, liaise with clients to identify their needs and preferences, and develop strategies to optimize installation processes, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
What you bring to the table:

Each day you will manage a team of 16 or more install leads and their helpers, requiring ongoing training, monitoring of data, coaching to achieve better results, and assisting as needed.

Strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of conflict resolution strategies, a functioning understanding of relevant regulations and codes, and strong communication skills.

EPA certification

Valid DL
-
Ability to train full HVAC installations
Compensation: $65K to $85K annual salary
Schedule:

M-F with flexibility; including some Saturdays
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
