Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Product Manager who will own user acquisition, conversion, activation, and retention across all funnels.
You must be data-driven, understand B2B SaaS growth mechanics, and be able to design SEO distribution viral loops that scale Topify to thousands of brands and agencies.
Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Own the end-to-end growth funnel: awareness → activation → conversion → retention → expansion.
- Drive experiments across landing pages, onboarding, pricing, product flows, and messaging.
- Identify growth levers for B2B SaaS: demand generation, self-serve funnels, partner channels.
SEO AI Search Growth
- Design SEO GEO(AI-native search)integrated growth systems.
- Define keyword strategies, landing page frameworks, and structured content for AI retrieval.
- Partner with design content to push high-ranking pages and AI-search optimized assets.
Data-Driven Experimentation
- Build dashboards, set metrics, and define North Star KPIs.
- Run A/B tests across product and marketing surfaces.
- Use data to identify friction, leakage, and growth opportunities.
Content & Distribution
- Drive narrative-driven growth mechanics: case studies, reports, stories, playbooks.
- Collaborate with marketing to ship content that’s optimized for AI search social media.
- Design repeatable distribution engines across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, communities.
Viral Loops & Fission Growth
- Create viral loop mechanics for Topify:
- share-to-unlock
- team invitations
- agency referral systems
- user-to-user propagation mechanisms
- Experiment with growth surfaces in product: reports sharing, AI insights embedding, etc.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with founders, engineering, design, and sales to drive measurable growth.
- Operate autonomously; design roadmap, run experiments, ship results quickly.
Requirements
Must-have
- 3 years in Growth PM / Growth Marketing / SaaS PM roles.
- Strong familiarity with B2B SaaS funnels.
- Deeply data-driven, fast at identifying growth signals.
- Experience with SEO
- Strong understanding of 传播机制 / 社交触达 / 叙事增长。
- Can independently run growth experiments end-to-end.
- Comfortable with fast, messy, high-ownership startup environments.
Nice-to-have
- Experience in AI / AI search / Marketing tech / Analytics platforms.
- Hands-on with analytics tools(GA4 / Amplitude / Mixpanel / HubSpot).
- Basic understanding of SQL.
- Experience in building referral systems or viral mechanics.
