Warehouse Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills to join our Warehouse Leadership team. This individual will assist the department manager and ensure team members are achieving performance goals. The standard schedule is Monday through Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until end of shift; overtime is required.

Warehouse Lead Second Shift Job Responsibilities:

· Lead and motivate a team of up to 50 associates to achieve peak performance

· Communicate with the warehouse leadership team to ensure daily requirements are understood and achieved

· Ensure all team members are adhering to safety policies and regulations

· Assist with training order selectors, stackers and stockers

· Assist with investigating and resolving discrepancies

· Monitor employee down time, breaks and lunch periods

· Perform order selection, stocking, stacking or quality control functions, as needed

· Operate forklift, electric pallet jack and reach truck

· Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse to ensure a clean and safe work environment

Warehouse Lead Second Shift Job Requirements:

· HS diploma/GED

· 3 years of warehouse leadership/training experience

· Strong communication, organizational, problem solving, interpersonal, and technical skills

· AS400/WMS experience

· Must be computer literate

· Must be willing to work overtime; 5-10 hours per week

· Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds
