Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Contractors to join our team. As a Production Contractor, you will work closely with our Production Managers, Warehouse team, and Event Leads to execute event setups, strikes, and on-site production tasks. This role is perfect for highly reliable professionals with strong technical, logistical, or fabrication skills who thrive in a collaborative, hands-on environment.
Duties
- Assist with event load-ins, installations, strikes, and warehouse prep.
- Support creative build outs, draping, staging, and event décor setup as needed.
- Follow direction from Production Managers and Event Leads to complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely.
- Operate company and rented 16' and 26' truck (if qualified).
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment during events and in the warehouse.
- Represent the company with professionalism and a client-facing demeanor at all times.
Requirements
- Prior experience in event production, AV, staging, or creative fabrication preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to take direction.
- Flexible schedule with availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Professionalism, punctuality, and reliability are a must.
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
