Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering practices
- Experience in Planning and Stormwater Management
- Familiarity with engineering standards and regulations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
- Proficiency in engineering software applications is a plus
- Excellent communication and project management skills
