How You’ll Do It
- Retaining Platinum Member base at a rate of >50%
- New Lead/Inquiry Follow-up/close
- New Business Development
- Member Communication/Account Management
- Member Engagement Events and Gift Execution
- Troubleshooting/ServiceNow ticket submission & follow-up
- Assist in facilitating program training and distribution of communication to Playmakers
- Communicate Effectively with Member Services as well as Members
- Platinum Callaway Club & Material inventory management
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Administrative professional experience is preferred
- Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to Manage a large volume of emails and phone calls daily
- Process-oriented, organized, fast and accurate and able to work under pressure and meet project timeline goals
- Attention to detail, commitment to quality, results driven, and Player focused
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as email and phone etiquette
