- Operational Leadership (20%): Provide strategic direction, communication, training, and empowerment to Venue Directors of Operations to ensure alignment with sales goals, service excellence, and brand standards.
- Talent Development (20%): Build and sustain a strong leadership pipeline through succession planning and development initiatives.
- Performance Management (15%): Establish goals, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance and development reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration (15%): Partner with cross-functional teams to support enterprise initiatives and shared priorities.
- Venue Oversight & Hospitality Coaching (30%): Travel frequently to assigned venues to observe operations, provide in-person coaching, recognize strong performance, and ensure consistent hospitality delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred)
- 3 years of multi-unit, high-volume operational leadership across multiple states (required)
- 12 years of progressive leadership experience in food & beverage operations (preferred)
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic action plans
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Proven success leading leaders and driving accountability
