- Lead bartenders during assigned shifts, providing guidance and support.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking and delivering drink orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal requirements.
- Handle cash, process payments accurately, and reconcile daily receipts.
- Collaborate with other staff members to provide exceptional guest service.
- Maintain safety, health, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Demonstrate and promote Topgolf's Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring.
- Proven experience as a Bartender
- Extensive knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Must meet the legal drinking age requirements in the jurisdiction of employment.
- Certification in responsible beverage service (where required by law).
