As a Line Cook at Topgolf, you will be an essential part of our culinary team, responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that enhance our Players' experiences. This role is vital in delivering exceptional food service that aligns with our mission to provide fun and engaging entertainment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Topgolf standards and recipes.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality and presentation.
- Assist in managing kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure freshness and availability.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak times.
- Participate in menu planning and development by providing input on new dishes.
- Monitor food waste and implement strategies to minimize it effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a line cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
