Topeka Smiles is a well established, privately owned general dental practice that has proudly served the Topeka community since 1986. With over 100 new patients per month and a loyal, active patient base, this is a high-volume, productive practice with strong systems and an exceptional team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

We are seeking a full-time Associate Dentist who is motivated and ready to hit the ground running -- whether you're a new graduate eager to learn or an experienced clinician looking for a busy, well-run practice with real earning potential.

Compensation & Benefits

Daily Guarantee: $1,000.00/day for the first 90 days

Production: 33% of production –lab fees covered by practice

Health Insurance: $225 towards monthly premium provided

Malpractice Coverage: Covered by the practice

Retirement: SEP IRA

Continuing Education: $5,000 annual CE allowance

The Opportunity

This is a full-time position with consistent , high patient volume – over 100 new patients per month. You’ll work alongside a supportive, experienced team in a practice that has refined its systems for nearly four decades.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-4:30PM

No evenings or weekends

Scope Of Care:

Comprehensive general dentistry – exams, restorative; fillings, crowns

Extractions and basic surgical procedures

Implants and endodontics performed in-house

Primarily insurance-based patient base

Technology and Tools:

CBCT imaging

Intra-oral scanner

Digital X-rays

Intraoral cameras

Panoramic Imaging

Mentorship & Growth

You’ll join a collaborative, experienced team that supports your clinical development. Peer mentorship and team support are available to help you grow in any area of dentistry – whether you’re new to private practice or looking to refine and expand your skill set. Ideal Candidate:

Licensed General Dentist in Kansas

Clinically confident in bread-and-butter general dentistry

Strong communicator with a patient-focused approach

Team-oriented with a positive, growth minded attitude

Interest in implants or endodontics a plus (not required)

New graduates welcome — GPR/AEGD residency a plus
