Location: Main Shelter | Full-Time | Topeka Rescue Mission

Are you passionate about leading with compassion, serving others, and making an eternal impact? The Topeka Rescue Mission is looking for an Assistant Director of Main Shelter Operations to help shepherd and support our Main Shelter team as we serve men experiencing homelessness in our community.

In this role, you’ll:
Provide spiritual leadership and encouragement to staff and guests
Support the daily operations of the Main Shelter, ensuring safety and excellence
Collaborate with community partners to connect guests with life-changing resources
Mentor, coach, and build a Christ-centered culture within the team
Walk alongside guests with grace as they pursue stability and transformation

We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated leader who thrives in a team environment, has strong organizational and communication skills, and has a heart for serving others in the name of Jesus.
