What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager - TFCD (Topeka, KS) position at TOPEKA FOUNDRY & IRON WORKS?
- Position location: Topeka, KS, Manhattan, KS, Denver, CO, Dallas, TX & Kansas City, KS
- Provides project management services that meet or exceed Builders’ expectations throughout the life of the project and remains the single point of contact for the project
- Employ sound risk management principles that meet or exceed project/business profitability goals, and establish and ensure milestone dates and deliverables are met
- Supports and engages in a collaborative work environment between all internal company functions and builds trust among peers and customers by developing strong relationships
- Establish and monitor milestone dates and communicate schedule to builders
- Problem solves field issues and resolve claims
- 3 Years of construction experience required
- 1 Years of frames, doors, and hardware preferred
- Degree in Construction or Business related fields preferred
- Good time management skills required
- Good negotiating skills required
