We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join Topcon's Construction Solutions Sales Team. In this role, you'll apply your expertise in SaaS sales, relationship building, and solution selling to acquire new customers and expand Autodesk's footprint in the construction technology space. You'll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads, to delivering compelling demos, negotiating contracts, and closing new business.

As an Account Executive, you'll represent Autodesk's construction solutions portfolio, the industry-leading platform that connects design, preconstruction, construction, and operations teams. You'll partner cross-functionally with Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and our Topcon Dealer network to help customers achieve their business goals while driving Topcon's Autodesk Construction business growth in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, solution selling, negotiation, and closing new business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, becoming a trusted advisor for their construction technology needs.
  • Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and create tailored account strategies to drive adoption of Autodesk Construction Cloud solutions.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations in collaboration with Solution Engineers to effectively position Topcon and Autodesk's value proposition.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and post-sales support.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively communicate Topcon and Autodesk's differentiation.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years of demonstrated success in SaaS sales, preferably within the construction or design technology industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a consultative, solution-based selling model.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with executive stakeholders and key decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and customer-focused with strong business acumen.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar construction management solutions is a strong plus.

Base Pay
Expected Base Pay Range: $70,000 to $120,000 Annualized

The base pay range included is a projected hiring range for a position, level and potential work location(s) listed. Topcon provides the compensation range that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.

Topcon reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation; individual candidate compensation may be determined based on individual skills, experience, training, certifications, education, final work location and other factors not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law. Changes in the position level, location or other factors associated with the role may change the final determined compensation.   • Topcon time off policies can vary as well as roles which are exempt or non-exempt. For hourly ("non-exempt") employees, we offer personal paid time off which accrues in accordance with local standards. For salaried ("exempt") employees, we offer a flexible paid time off policy giving you flexibility to take time when needed, while supporting business needs. All paid time off policies are in accordance with or exceeding local law. Employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible for our Health and Welfare benefit package.
