Fashion Merchandiser

Elevate our boutique experience from Sarasota to Tampa Bay. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Boutique Merchandiser to bring our luxury apparel, cashmere, and accessories to life across dynamic trade shows and pop-up events. What You'll Do

• Curate & Style: Recommend high-end assortments, style stunning fashion presentations, and master the art of displaying fine textiles (including creative scarf styling).
• Own the Event: Manage the complete life cycle of pop-up boutiques—from selective product packing and transport to visual setup and post-event breakdown.
• Drive Engagement: Support in-person sales, connect warmly with customers, and track event success using retail math and sales reporting.
• Coordinate Logistics: Seamlessly track inventory and leverage Excel to keep operations smooth.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experienced Merchandiser: You have 5 years of merchandising experience (retail environment strongly preferred).
• Analytical & Trendy: You understand retail math, possess strong trend-forecasting skills, and know your way around Microsoft Excel.
• Visual Storyteller: You have an eye for styling, display setups, and flawless product presentation.
• Action-Oriented Traveler: You thrive on the logistics of packing/unpacking and are ready for regular regional travel between Sarasota and the Tampa Bay 

Responsibilities

• Recommend assortments of apparel and accessories for approval.
• Select and pack products for trade shows and pop-up boutiques.
• Develop and execute visual merchandising for events and boutiques.
• Style fashion presentations and product displays.
• Coordinate inventory and prepare sales reports.
• Support in-person selling, customer engagement, and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the Women’s team on merchandising initiatives.
• Manage full event execution from planning through breakdown, including regular regional travel.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in merchandising.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in retail merchandising.
• Retail merchandising and retail math experience.
• Visual merchandising experience.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Trend forecasting and analytical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and sales experience.
• Fashion styling experience.
• Experience tying scarves and setting up displays.
• Experience with packing.
