Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive staff development programs to improve job performance, employee engagement, and patient satisfaction
• Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to identify training gaps and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with department leaders to develop and deliver targeted training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to staff members to enhance their skills and address performance issues
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of training materials, policies, and procedures
• Monitor and report on program effectiveness, making recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum 0 years of experience in a related field, preferably in healthcare or education
• Associates degree or higher in a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
