Responsibilities:
- Assist with restorative programs, including range of motion exercises, mobility training, and activities of daily living (ADL) skills
- Help residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming needs
- Provide support with feeding, toileting, and incontinence care
- Assist with transferring residents to and from wheelchairs, beds, and commodes
- Document resident care and progress in accordance with facility policies
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in healthcare or a related field preferred
