Responsibilities:
- Assist occupational therapists in the design and implementation of treatment plans tailored to each guest's unique needs
- Conduct daily living skills training, including activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)
- Develop and lead group therapy sessions focused on cognitive, sensory, and motor skills
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care plans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of treatments and progress
- Participate in interdisciplinary conferences and meetings to share knowledge and best practices
- Minimum 0 years of experience in occupational therapy or a related field
- Associate's degree or higher in occupational therapy or a related field
- Must be certified as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of [insert state]
