Director of Regional Operations

A growing Skilled Nursing Facility group in Georgia is seeking an experienced and driven Director of Regional Operations to oversee six homes, all conveniently located within driving distance.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a strong operator looking for long-term growth and the ability to make a meaningful impact across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will bring a proven background in SNF operations, leadership development, census growth, and building positive, high-performing facility cultures.

We are seeking a polished, hands-on professional with strong people skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven ability to successfully lead and motivate teams.

Qualifications:

• Active LNHA license required
• Minimum 5 years of Skilled Nursing Facility experience
• Prior multi-facility or regional experience strongly preferred
• Strong operational and regulatory knowledge
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities
• Must reside locally in Georgia and be able to travel between facilities
