We are seeking an experienced Residential AV Technician to support high-end and luxury residential projects throughout San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area. This role is ideal for a technician who values precision, clean workmanship, and delivering premium technology solutions in architecturally significant homes.
You’ll work with advanced audio/video, networking, and control systems in custom residences where quality and attention to detail are critical.

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and service high-end residential AV systems
- Perform rough-in and trim-out for audio, video, control, and structured wiring systems
- Rack fabrication, cable management, labeling, and system testing
- Troubleshoot AV, control, and network-related issues
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, builders, and other trades
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Deliver excellent client-facing service in luxury residential environments
- 3 years of residential AV installation experience preferred
- Strong understanding of audio, video, networking, and low-voltage systems
- Ability to read and interpret system drawings and documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- $25–$35/hour, based on experience
