We are seeking an experienced Residential AV Custom Sales Professional to drive growth in our luxury residential technology business. This role combines consultative sales, business development, and technical expertise in high-end home technology solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Sell luxury residential AV, home automation, lighting, and shading solutions
- Develop new business through networking, referrals, and industry partnerships
- Build relationships with homeowners, architects, designers, and builders
- Lead client consultations, site visits, and system presentations
- Manage opportunities from initial lead through contract close
- 3 years of residential AV or smart home sales experience
- Strong knowledge of Crestron / Crestron Home and Lutron lighting & shading systems
- Proven ability to generate new business and close high-value projects
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
