Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (In-office)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Finance to join our team in Hollywood, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare finance and will take ownership of the company's financial operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial reporting, modeling, cash management, and overseeing day-to-day financial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and oversee all financial reporting and analysis
· Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions
· Handle cash management and drafting of bank wires
· Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as needed
· Supervise and mentor 1-2 finance staff members
· Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and accountability in all financial processes
· Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic planning
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in healthcare financial management or accounting
· Strong understanding of financial reporting, modeling, and cash flow management
· Leadership experience with team supervision
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
· Ability to own processes and deliver timely, accurate financial information
