Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 annually Bonus

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Business Partner to support business leaders and employees in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in employee relations, recruitment, HR policies, and workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance and support.
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support OFCCP compliance.
- Coordinate employee separations and conduct exit interviews.
- Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
- Support HR initiatives and special projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, including staffing or recruiting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
