Top Water Pools, LLC is looking for an experienced Pool Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in Victoria, TX. We’re seeking someone who already has hands-on pool service experience and can confidently perform routine maintenance while providing reliable, quality service to our customers.This is a full-time, in-person position with an opportunity to grow with our company. What You’ll Do
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on residential and/or commercial swimming pools
- Test and balance pool water chemistry
- Clean pools, skimmers, filters, baskets, and surrounding areas
- Inspect pool equipment and identify potential maintenance or service issues
- Maintain pumps, filters, heaters, and other pool equipment
- Add and handle pool chemicals safely and according to proper procedures
- Keep accurate service records and communicate any issues or recommendations
- Provide dependable, professional service at each customer location
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
What We’re Looking For
- Previous professional pool maintenance or pool service experience required
- Hands-on experience with pool cleaning, water chemistry, and pool equipment
- Ability to identify common pool maintenance and equipment issues
- Comfortable working independently and managing a daily service schedule
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and handle pool equipment and chemicals
Compensation & Benefits Pay: $13.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
