Responsibilities
- Issue sales order and invoice and send the confirmation.
- Communicate with logistics about customer shipment schedule and inform the customer.
- Monitor inventory level on products and arrange transfer products along with sales plan.
- Weekly and monthly sales updates
- Support making sales samples and preparing promotional material.
- Prepare for Sales-related meetings (book a room, help prepare samples and documents, prepare tea, etc.)
- Create or update SOP.
- Additional duties as assigned
- Associate degree or higher
- Knowledge of MS Office software
- Good organizational ability; must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously; strong attention to
- detail
- Japanese skill is a plus
