Responsibilities
- Administers and maintains records of the Company’s benefit program including 401k plan, medical/dental insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, paid time off, etc.
- Administers human resources program including compensation, performance management, training, recruiting and hiring, and disciplinary and termination.
- Reviews and ensures accurate payrolls with Paychex Payroll Systems
- Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Handles employees’ inquiries in regards to the Company’s policies, procedures; investigates employee complaints.
- Assists design and execute human resources policies and procedures.
- Coordinates immigration matters for both US and German branch employees.
- Assists Engineering Department with parts pricing, parts lists, parts usage report and service history report.
- Assists the installation and maintenance of new accounting, timekeeping, payroll, inventory, logistics, human resources, facility, and other related procedures and controls.
- Assists services such as computer and office equipment maintenance and repair, supplies, mail, data storage and files.
- Assists to renew contracts with corporate service agencies, such as insurances, benefits, vehicles, investment, etc.
- Japanese skill is a must
- Accuracy, Attention to Detail, Basic Math Skills, Communications (Oral & Written), Dependability/Reliability, Initiative/Follow Through, Listening & Understanding, Diplomacy, Confidentiality, Multitasking, Office Management, Planning & Organizing, Supervisory, Team Work.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
