Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings, events, venues, vendors, and related materials
- Handle accounting, budgeting, payroll, banking, taxes, and expense management
- Manage newsletters, website updates, and presentation materials
- Oversee operations, facilities, staff, and volunteers
- Manage external relations, member inquiries and special projects
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting, QuickBooks, or financial management is a plus
- Event coordination, management, or leadership experience is preferred
