Tree Care Sales Associate

We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to meet with clients, assess tree work needs, and provide accurate estimates. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a proven track record in sales, a solid understanding of tree species and tree care practices, and strong grammar and punctuation skills to ensure all customer estimates are clear and professional.
No cold calling or lead generation required. Qualified leads are provided, and appointments are scheduled for you, allowing you to focus on meeting with customers, building relationships, and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Attend scheduled client appointments
- Evaluate job sites and discuss the scope of tree work
- Prepare and send professional, well-written estimates
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with prospective customers as needed
- Travel to storm-affected areas across the U.S. when emergency work is needed
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in sales
- Knowledge of tree care and common tree species preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, grammar, and professionalism
- Willingness to travel on short notice for storm/emergency jobs
- Valid Driver's License
Compensation & Benefits
- Weekly base salary plus commission

Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
