Your Role At TOP TOY
As the Store Manager for TOP TOY, you will report to the Area Manager and serve as the key driver for store performance growth and team development. You will oversee all aspects of store operations, lead your team in implementing brand standards, and drive sales growth through meticulous management and talent cultivation. Your mission is to create a premium shopping experience for collectors and enthusiasts.
Responsibilities
1. Lead recruitment, training, motivation, and performance evaluation for store personnel. Establish employee career development pathways. Enhance team expertise through daily guidance and feedback to build a cohesive, trend-driven retail team.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies. Promote in-store membership programs and cultivate customer loyalty. Optimize merchandise displays and customer service quality. Drive the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Strictly enforce store operational procedures and visual merchandising standards. Standardize cash handling, office equipment operation, and team scheduling management to create and maintain a clean, safe, and trendy shopping environment.
4. Focus on meticulous expense control and effective sales strategies while upholding store operational standards. Continuously enhance store profitability. Drive sustainable business growth through strategic planning to optimize foot traffic and brand image.
5. Serve as the primary liaison between the store and regional/area managers and HR, tracking employee performance and relations. Ensure staff clearly understand their roles and responsibilities, and promptly and efficiently resolve employee and customer issues.
6. Accept flexible scheduling for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Be available for cross-regional transfers or business trips as required by company operations.
Qualifications
1. 3 years of retail management experience with proven track record of leading teams to achieve sales targets.
2. Exceptional leadership, organizational coordination, and customer relationship management skills.
3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination abilities to efficiently liaise with multiple stakeholders.
4. Passion for the collectibles industry; familiarity with action figures, blind boxes, and other collectible categories preferred.
5. High school diploma or higher; associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related fields preferred.
